Hi, my name is Haidar Samiei and this is my blog.
In my professional life I am a Consultant physician specialising in Emergency Medicine, and a co-founder of a small software company called iED Apps.
My current interests span these two fields and encompass agile frameworks, theory of constraints, process management & outcome based accountability.
My head is firmly buried in upcoming technologies, sometimes called futurology. This is a rather annoying term which I think means being able to help clients avoid future costs by designing the right program architectures today by anticipating the behaviours and needs of tomorrow. And we all know technology is expensive and tomorrows are coming ever more quickly.
This little side project is neither our corporate nor my personal site, rather a place to help me bring some thoughts together. The idea is that having these open will force me to lend a concrete narrative to some disparate and rather broad themes that affect my thinking and inform our future plans.
However this site will not represent any specific or detailed program or portfolio plans.
All iED apps queries should go through either myself or my good friend & colleague Brad Wilson
